DAY 1 / 90
Three years ago I did an 83 day water fast. I felt incredible at the end of it. Then I went back to my old habits and gained it all back. That’s the part nobody films. This time I’m filming all of it.
Today is Day 1 of 90. I’m 56 years old and the scale said 228.6 pounds this morning. For the next 90 days I’m drinking water and electrolytes, nothing else. My doctor is watching the whole run. Baseline bloodwork was drawn the day before I started, and we test again every month. If the labs say stop, I stop. That’s the deal.
Why 90? Because 83 wasn’t the finish line. It was the fast before the lesson. The goal isn’t just to lose the weight. I want to document what actually happens to a 56 year old body on a long supervised fast. The numbers, the rough days, the good days, and this time, what happens after.
No hype, nothing to sell you. Just the scale, the bloodwork, and a glass of water every night.
Day 1 done. See you tomorrow. 🩸
